Great Experience at VW Stone Mountain
I worked with Irnes Masic and it was a great experience. He is very detailed and provides you good service. He replies promptly to emails and calls which makes life easy for the customer. Even after we purchased the Tiguan , Irnes was happy to help us with some questions we had. We got a very good price for the car we were looking for. The dealership provides good service as well and all the staff is very courteous. The facility condition is very adequate as well. Overall me and wife had a good experience both in terms of the car we got and the service we received.

Satisfied Customer
Stopped in to look at a CPO Jetta. Was met by Irnes who pulled car out and went over everything with me. Took for a test drive and was sold. BUT ........ my wife had to come look at it as it was to be her car. Came back later that day with the wife and was again met at the front door by Irnes who had pulled the car back out and had it waiting for us. He went with my wife for a drive and she was sold. Irnes and managers worked with us on negotiating a price we were all happy with. Went back to finance, paid for car and came out to get it and Irnes had it fueled up and a quick detail on the car. Satisfied with the process and Irnes is great to work with.

Excellent experience at Stone Mountain VW
Although I was unhappy to let my Jetta TDI go, Irnes Masic found a GTI that was an excellent replacement for it. There have been occasions that dealing with car salesmen were not unlike dental appointments-necessary but painful. This experience was quite the opposite. Irnes provided the information needed to make an informed decision regarding a new car but I did not feel pressured to make a purchase. The car I chose wasn’t currently in his inventory. Rather than trying to talk me into buying a similar automobile that WAS on the lot, he did a dealer trade to get me an upgrade to the one I wanted for much less than I had anticipated. After the purchase was completed and the papers were signed, Irnes made it clear that he would he would be there for any questions I might have or any assistance I may need. As anyone who has purchased or test-driven a newer car knows, these machines are less than intuitive. So I may have to take him up on his offer to problem solve via FaceTime (how cool is that!?!).

This dealership was top notch! Irnes went above and beyond to make sure we purchased the car we were most comfortable with. He gave us suggestions and his advice, but was in no way pushy what-so-ever. After we decided on a Jetta the process was absolutely painless. So quick and professional. Irnes was fantastic! He was informative, helpful, good-natured and efficient. He was respectful of our time frame and was attentive after our initial visit/test drive but not high pressured. He called when he said he would call, was available to answer questions and got us the car we wanted. The color combo we wanted was not available in state—put down our deposit Saturday night and drove away in our new car on Tuesday. Tamimi, in the finance area, was also a pleasure to work with. He clearly presented all the information, was patient, and very organized. I give these two professionals my highest recommendation and would not hesitate to send folks to Stone Mountain VW. We had our last VW for 16 years and hope our new Sportwagen will have similar longevity. Thank you, Irnes!

Professionalism is a Rarity
I traveled to this dealership from out of sate. The support which I received was excellent to say the least. My salesperson, Miguel, helped to relay all of my requests to his upper management and fought on my behalf to reach the deal which I wanted. The dealership was accommodating enough to even pick me up from the airport. The price was 'as agreed' upon arrival, with no hidden fees or last minute changes. I had a great experience and would recommend this dealership to anyone in the States looking to buy a Volkswagen.

Best New car experience ever!
I'd been considering trading in my 3 year old sports car on a new GTI for several months and got serious about it last week. I quickly became frustrated with what seemed like games being played at my local dealer in Athens and decided to reach out to VW of Stone Mountain. I called at 1:00 PM, made the 1 hour drive, and drove back home just a few hours later in my brand new black beauty. From the moment I arrived, every interaction I had was stellar. I actually HATE the new car buying experience, and would order from Amazon if they sold them. It was a rainy day, and Irnes quickly adapted himself to mine and my partner's preference or cutting to the chase, making a deal, and driving home in my new GTI. Irnes new his product intimately, and he also picked up on the cues I gave him that I knew just what I wanted, didn't need to test drive, and just wanted to trade, buy and go. He would do equally well with an uncertain customer who needed to spend the day deciding. Having owned more than 20 new cars, this was by far the best experience I've ever had in buying one. Assuming I am still loving the brand as much as I do right now, I will be excited in 2 years to go and visit Irnes at Stone Mountain again for my next purchase. Special thanks also to Tamimi (and I hope I'm spelling that correctly) who walked me through the financing process. He was incredibly personable, genuine, and explained everything well. Quick and easy transaction
I knew which car I wanted and was ready to buy but I was expecting the usual dealer run around. I was pleasantly surprised! Irnes Masic immediately brought the car I wanted around and did not try to sell me something I did not ask for. He was very knowledgeable about the model and took the time to go over the features prior to the test drive. He answered every question I had without hesitation. Kurt Mechling had the paper work ready in no time and it took us maybe 30 minutes to go over and sign off on the sale. All told, I was in and out in a couple of hours. The last new car I purchased (from a different dealership) took two days to close on. I would highly recommend Stone Mountain Volkswagen. I'm positive your experience will be as pleasant as mine. Pleasant Car Buying Experience
I had a car that no longer suited my needs, so I started looking online for a VW GTI. I used the True Car app and was almost immediately contacted by Irnes Masic. He was helpful without being pushy. After looking at the inventory of the Atlanta area, I realized that Stone Mountain VW had the most cars that fit my requirements and the lowest listed prices, so drove over to test drive some cars. Stone Mountain VW had the hard to find GTI SE with the Deep Teal Green exterior, Clark plaid interior, and DSG transmission. Irnes and I took a test drive. I was happy to find that he, too was a GTI enthusiast. Irnes was very knowledgeable about the GTI and all of the new features that have been added since my last (MK6) GTI, especially the technology. I am a 50 year old woman, and am sometimes stumped by new technology, but Irnes made learning the many new technology features of the GTI SE simple. The GTI SE was my 6th Volkswagen, so you could say that I am an enthusiast. It was so nice to have a salesperson who knew the car inside and out and thoroughly explained the features, so that when I left the dealership, I felt comfortable that I could find everything that I needed to safely drive home. Irnes in sales and Tamimi in finance worked hard to get me a price that I could afford, so that I could comfortably pay for the car that I really wanted. Tamimi thoroughly explained the financing and got me a rate that I was happy with. Irnes and Tamimi were both very friendly and helpful without pressuring me to buy. I have bought many cars in my lifetime, and I would say that this is the most pleasant car buying experience that I have ever had.

The best car buying experience
I just had the best car buying experience with the team at Stone Mountain VW! I found a car online and was contacted the next day by Lynda. I scheduled an appointment for 10:30am Saturday to see the car. I was promptly greeted and was shown the car that I was interested in. Irnes was our sales person and he was very personable and knowledgeable about the vehicle. I was out of thr dealership with the car I wanted by 12:30! I highly recommend the team there. No high pressure sales, just genuine folks with great service and respect for your time! It was worth the drive!

Irnes Masic of Stone Mountain VW is a Consumate Professional
I recently had the pleasure of working with Irnes Masic on the purchase of my new 2018 Volkswagen GTI SE. I came to Stone Mountain Volkswagen already knowing the exact car I wanted to buy. I had two dealer stock numbers of the exact same model/trim/color/options in hand and Irnes brought both vehicles to me so I could compare them to pick the one that looked the cleanest. At no point did Irnes attempt to up-sell me into a higher trim model; he respected that I had made my choice and he sold me the exact car I wanted. The entire purchase process was seamless, and Irnes made me feel very comfortable and valued as a customer, never making me feel pressured or nervous (as some car purchase experiences sometimes feel). As a GTI enthusiast himself, Irnes and I connected on a good level. He was extremely professional and simultaneously personable. I could tell that he truly cares about his customers. Irnes contacted me a short time after the purchase of my new vehicle to ask how I was liking it. That was a very thoughtful touch. He reiterated that if I ever had any questions, needs, or issues regarding the vehicle that I should never hesitate to reach out to him. I write this review as I sit in Stone Mountain Volkswagen's service lounge, waiting for my 1,000 mile oil change. (I'm replacing the engine break-in period oil with fresh oil!) Great prices, great staff
Irnes was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He was knowledgeable and gave me some great advice as a new GTI owner. First VW Car
This was the first brand new car I have ever decided to purchase and it was under pretty difficult circumstances considering I am pcs-ing to a new base in the states from Japan, but the deals through VW made this car too good to pass up. That being said, the guys over at Stone Mtn VW in GA made this purchase extremely easy for me and have worked around my personal circumstance and have coordinated between both myself and my dad for the planning of purchasing and picking up the vehicle. I really appreciate the great job they are doing over there and all of the effort they have put forth to make this purchase easier for me to make my transition back to the states more seamless. Why Stone Mountain VW?
Why? They listened to me, they were honest, and they respected my time. After getting quotes from 3 dealers on the phone and spending a half day in another, I called Stone Mountain VW. After a few minutes speaking to Irnes (Sales) and Tamimi (Finance) on the phone, I drove 25 minutes past two other VW dealers to get there. Rather than pitching features and functionality, they listened to my questions & concerns and nothing changed between the phone and when we showed up. I came in with my wife and two young kids. They moved us as quickly through the process as possible so we didn’t spend our Saturday in the dealership! We drove off in a new Jetta that was cleaned and gassed up while we were talking. Overall great experience!

I was advised by my bank that I was approved for financing for either a new or used vehicle and they sent me out to this dealership. It just so happens that I was planning on replacing my vehicle due to many recent issues that was going to cost more to fix than what it was worth and with it being a 2002, it had finally run it's course. These guys were awesome and made it a pleasant experience for me. For me a new vehicle was the best choice due to the warranty. Irnes took the information that I provided on what I was looking for and he pulled up in a VW Jetta and I left the lot with it! Thank you all so much.

Life changes and cars follow you to fit your life style needs. This is the lesson I learnt, again, when I needed to upgrade my daily driver 2016 Jetta to fit my third son for the evening commute. Wonderful experience

My salesman, Irnes Masic, patiently showed me a Passat and a couple of Jettas. Irnes possesses good product knowledge. He took me for a test drive in the 5-speed black Jetta equipped with 16 inch split 5 spoke Atlanta alloy wheels, monster mats, and a roadside emergency kit. BAD DEALERSHIP OR BAD CAR?
I bought a 2014 CPO from this dealership in July. So far, I have had it back 8 times. The first 3, for minor things like keys not working, bumper not aligned, radio clicking. The last 5 times were for a serious hard shift in the transmission. They claimed the transmission has burnt fluid and will need to be replaced. Now they have refused to help me. Only had the car 2 months. Is it a bad car or a BAD DEALERSHIP? I think a good dealership would take care of their customers. Not a good dealership at all. Don't buy here.

The Best Car Buying Experience I Have Ever Had By Far
I am an out of state buyer, and I flew in to pick up my new car from Stone Mountain VW. First of all, these folks say what they mean and mean what they say. There was no attempt to trick or hide anything from me. Every last thing was as I expected... Even the things that I had not thought of in advance. They were completely prepared for me. Great dealership with friendly staff
We saw the Infiniti convertible online and made the 75 mile drive to Stone Mountain Volkswagen. We had talked to Jean on the phone but he was busy when we arrived. He immediately sent Irnes Masic out to serve us. We couldn't have asked for better service. He was knowledgeable, friendly and most accommodating. When it came to closing the deal, there was a pretty big gap between our numbers. However, Irnes and the sales manager David Schilpp worked with us. Our negotiations were professional and without pressure. Never once did we feel like we were being talked down to or tried to made to feel as we were ignorant- which happens at many dealerships. We paid cash so Kurt Mechling in the F&I office got us ready to roll in a matter of minutes. I don't know the young man's name who detailed our car but it was shined up and spotless when we pulled off the lot. I've bought many cars over my 57 years and this ranks as one of the best experiences I've ever had purchasing a vechicle. Great car, great price, great people. Can't ask for more in a dealership.

Long drive worth it!
This could not have been a more positive experience. I live about 4 hours away in middle Tennessee. I knew what I wanted, and started the process over the phone with Irnes Masic late in the afternoon. His service was superior. The price for the car was as listed on Cars.com. No surprises like adding in dealer fees or destination/freight charges, unlike some other dealers who list great low prices on Cars.com, only to add those charges back into the final price. Irnes held the car for me just to make sure it wouldn’t sell, but never pressured me into anything. We drove 4-hours to get there on Saturday and everything was ready. Kurt Mechling in finance was great. He went over possible warranty add-ons, but absolutely NO pressure to purchase. I would definitely suffer through Atlanta traffic to go back to this dealership. Outstandin price, friendly and honest employees. If you are in the market for a VW, even if you are hours away, I would recommend Stone Mountain Volkswagen to anyone. They made this a painless, enjoyable experience.
